Proudly introduce the third event highlight of MBSS 2021 – Business Tycoon!
Business Tycoon is a game-based competition that requires participants to cultivate and exploit core competencies. This realistic business-like simulator creates challenges that obey the nature of business, which includes uncertainty, unpredictability, and fortune. Participants will be able to learn how to grab the opportunity and apply various skills such as effective communication and negotiation, analytical and calculation skills, critical strategic thinking skills, and valuable leadership qualities that are essential in business. In addition, real business events such as marketplace, collaboration between teams, and ethics in doing business will be conducted during the competition.
The business-like challenges that are conducted during the game will encourage participants to stimulate their critical thinking skills, problem solving skills and at the same time brainstorming for innovative ideas in order to beat their competitors.
